Acceptable Stay with Issues

unhelpful receptionist missing invoice

The pools were a plus, providing some recreation during the visit.

Customer service at reception was frustrating. I attempted to get an invoice three times, but the receptionist was unhelpful. She left and did not return when I asked for a manager.
